Is the handlebar height-adjustable?

In order to keep the stroller as simple as possible, we’ve made the handlebar 103 cm (40”) high and non-adjustable. This is an ergonomic height for most parents.

Which board seat can I use with my Greentom stroller?

The BuggyBoard® Maxi by Lascal Ltd fits the Greentom stroller when used with the Buggy Board connector kit.

Which car seats can I use with the Greentom Car Seat Adapters?

BeSafe (iZi Go, iZi Go Modular), Cybex (Aton 2 - 4 - 5 - Q, Cloud Q - Z), Maxi-Cosi (CabrioFix, Pebble, Pebble Plus, Mico 30 - AP - Max30 - NXT, Prezi), Nuna Pipa, Kiddy and Swandoo Albert.

Are Greentom strollers suited to harsh winter conditions?

Greentom strollers have been extensively used in countries such as Poland and Russia, and perform very well in cold and snowy winters. The tires actually ensure a smooth performance and the Greentom Footmuff keeps your petite passenger warm and cosy.

How do I attach the Footmuff to my Greentom stroller?

The Footmuff can be attached to the Greentom Reversible either at the top by pulling it over the seat frame, or by using the harness. The Footmuff should be attached to the Greentom Classic by use of the harness alone, in order to accommodate the longer legs of children who fit the Classic. Does my Greentom qualify as carry-on baggage?

Most airlines will allow you to check your folded stroller at the gate. Please contact the airline for specific information. We recommend the use of a transport bag for extra protection.

Can I order the 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 in different colour combinations?

The 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 are package deals and must be ordered in a single colour combination. It’s always possible to order a separate Fabric Set in our online shop .

Where can I buy Greentom products?

You can buy Greentom products online and at selected retailers. Please check the Store Locator on our website for a store near you.

Where can I find the serial number for my Greentom stroller?

The serial number is located on the green band above the rear wheel.

What is the difference between a Greentom Reversible and a Greentom Classic?

Our Greentom Reversible is suitable from 6 months up to 2.5 years and has 5 different seating positions in two directions. Our Greentom Classic is suitable from 6 months up to 4 years and has 3 positions in one direction. Please visit our Product page for more information.

Do you have a travel bag available for my Greentom stroller?

We don't have a Greentom bag available for travelling. You can check other brands for suitable travel bags.

Is the Greentom stroller made for strolls on all surfaces?

Greentom strollers have been extensively used on all surfaces. The tires actually ensure a smooth performance.

Greentom strollers are manufactured in accordance with the current European safety standards and applicable quality standards as certified by Intertek Testing Services.

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Due to the new Brexit regulations it is momentarily not possible to ship to the UK.

When will I receive my Greentom?

Delivery times vary by country. We ship products that are in stock within 5 business days.

How will my purchase be shipped, and will I be able to track the shipment?

Purchases made in our online shop are shipped via our courier service DPD. As soon as your order leaves our factory you’ll receive a tracking number of the parcel. It might be that the final delivery of your order will be handled by a shipping service other than DPD; if this is the case, you’ll receive an updated tracking number, enabling you to follow your purchase to its final destination.

Can I return my purchase?

Items purchased in our online shop can be returned in 30 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The purchase amount will be refunded.

Are there any shipping fees?

Shipping costs vary per country. Upon entering your address in the checkout, your shipping costs will appear.

Which carriers do you work with?

We ship our products with DPD, TNT and/or PostNL.

What happens to my package when I'm not at home?

The carrier will leave a notification for you with information on how and where to collect your parcel or set up a new appointment with the carrier.

I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

If you (pre-)ordered different products, it's possible your order will be send in parts. Please contact our customer care department for more information.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Giropay (Germany only), Bancontact/Mister Cash (Belgium only), iDeal (Netherlands only) and Bank Transfer Payment.

How do I clean the frame and fabric of my Greentom stroller?

The frame can be cleaned using a damp cloth. The fabric can be washed following the instructions on the care label.

The brake gets stuck, what can I do?

Clean the chassis and the brake with water, a gentle cleaning product and a cloth. If this doesn’t solve the problem, contact our customer care department.
